  During the golden years of Cybertron before the upcoming chaos broke out, Unity was a heavy transport bot who shipped goods and sometimes other bots across the world. He took the form of a very large cargo shuttle for his vehicle mode during peacetime. The mech had an angelic body, with a beak shaped head, and a glowing blue visor.
  
  
  After a long period of time, he always wished to do something more productive with his life, although he enjoyed having the ability to constantly travel across the globe. He had a decent variety of friends who would later join the Autobot Wreckers.
  
  
  As friction began within Cybertronian leadership, Unity became interested in politics but always seemed to keep his opinions to himself. During each flight of his for deliveries, he always listened to talkshow transmissions. Unity of course began to question the beliefs of the Decepticons who supported dictatorship and tyranny.
  
  
  Personality
  
  
  Unity is usually open minded and always has a positive attitude towards those around him. He’s always a team player and does his best to assist others in need, and avoids having an over inflated ego. Unity mainly puts his allies first instead of his own gain, and is very social when meeting new people or other bots, but often dislikes individuals filled with pride and greed.
  
  
  Uprising and recruitment
  
  
  Soon, all of Cyberton was divided into two factions, the Autobots and Decepticons. During the early stages of the war for Cybertron, Unity of course sided with the Autobots and was quickly recruited. He was converted and primarily used as an assault dropship and had the ability to engage several fighters at a time due to his thick armor and size.
  
  
  After a period of time, he later joined the Wreckers, one of the greatest task forces of the Autobots which was the equivalent to Black ops. They took on near suicide missions no one else would dare accept and often succeeded. Unity provided them with reliable transport and special air support since aerial threats were a frequent problem for the Wreckers. Unity specialized in heavy weaponry for both his bot and vehicle mode.
  
  
  The demise of Cybertron and evac
  
  
  During the final days of the war, most of the Wreckers were either missing missing in action, or died off in horrific ways. Like the bot Wheeljack, Unity later fled Cybertron and used his vehicle mode to escape since the planet’s environment was destroyed from all the mayhem. He equipped himself with stellar drives vanished into space quickly like the rest of the Autobots and Decepticons.
  
  
  After most scattered away from their homeworld, Unity began to search for any surviving Autobots he could locate. He peeked around a variety of unexplored solar systems and had no luck. At one point he fell for a Decepticon trap on a moon orbiting an ice world and immediately fled unharmed.
  
  
  Discovery and redemption
  
  Unity found an uncharted world which he suspected had life using a stolen telescope. He temporary stasis for the long trip there to keep himself from losing his sanity.
  
  After automatically being woke up, he discovered the Earth and arrived there during the early 1940s. Unity made the decision to land and hide there till he had the ability to search for more Autobots, unaware he would later find Optimus Prime and a few others.
  
  He landed and finally transformed into bot mode in a railyard, able to stretch his legs after such a long trip away from what he once called home. The angelic mech suddenly heard a few humans talking behind a corner, they heard the sounds of his dense footsteps. Unity thought for a moment and got a great idea on how he could hide.
  
  He found an old diesel locomotive from the 40s right next to him and scanned it immediately. Unity accepted it as his Earth based vehicle mode and hopped onto some tracks, transforming into the same train he now modeled his alt mode after. The two men who heard him walked around the corner and seemed a little confused. All they found was an extra diesel engine in the yard.
  
  
  Just a moment after they left, Unity drove away by track out of the railyard and went exploring. He later acquired knowledge of the human race and learned some of their history. For the next seven decades, he remained in disguise and kept a low profile while he was alone. He stole some Energon that humans unearthed and often threw away since they had no uses for it. To this day Unity often changes his vehicle mode every once in awhile to avoid suspicion.
